2. For E-commerce platform (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok, etc.) purchases, first contact customer service to report and apply for warranty.
3. If troubleshooting is required, AZAU Service Centre will take over the process. The customer will receive a message from AZAU via WhatsApp.

4. Provide proof of purchase (sales receipt number or invoice number) and picture of warranty sticker attached as requested.
5. Describe the issue in detail and cooperate with Seken Je staff representatives in troubleshooting the problems.
6. Before returning the device, you must remove the Apple ID or Google account from the device.
7. Factory reset the device to protect your data and privacy. AZAU is not responsible for data loss.
