Shipping and Delivery

Seken Je provides Standard Courier Delivery - Malaysia Wide via reputable shipping service providers. We do not ship Internationally.

We will only process your Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, the applicable regulations, guidelines, orders made under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any statutory amendments or re-enactments made of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 from time to time (collectively referred to as the “PDPA”) as well as this Policy.

Domestic Shipping

Klang Valley	1 - 2 Business Days
Peninsular Malaysia	2 - 3 Business Days
East Malaysia	5 - 10 Business Days or 30 Business Days for bulky item (20kg and above)

Tracking Number

A tracking number will be allocated to your order once your item has been dispatched. Kindly check your account / email for the related invoice and tracking number. If you have not received your tracking number, kindly contact us here. We will assist you shortly.

Self Pickup
