Returns and Claims Policy



To request a return or claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • Incorrect Device/Order: If you receive an incorrect device or order.
  • Arrival Damage: If your order arrives damaged, excluding any cosmetic issues as specified.

Note: Failure to notify us of any of the above issues within 3 days of receiving the goods will be deemed as acknowledgment that the device is correct and in good working order.


When can I get my refunds?

In any case of a refund, you will be refunded via the original payment method. We will process your refund within 30 business days after a confirmation from us.


Return Rejection

We reserve the right to reject returned items that are not of the same purchased device (same IMEI/SN with your order) and/or tampered with.


Exchange Policy

All purchases are final, and exchanges are not permitted unless covered by our warranty terms and conditions.
